Technical support, updates, problem fixes and license management related to products acquired and maintained. Licenses must guarantee access to new versions of related products, as well as all security updates and problem fix packages. For purchased licenses or new versions, a download link must be provided on the World Wide Web (Internet). License to use the services for 36 (thirty-six) months. MINIMUM WARRANTY: bug fixes must be available during the life cycle of the license, and program updates resulting from new versions of the product must be available for installation during the term of the signature.
