Approximate capacity of 180 liters of oil, 42 liters of water, 8kg salt; Frying area with 1500x500mm. Graduated thermostat in 300º (for greater security blocked in 200º), ideal temperature for frying between 180º and 190º. Should accompany 06 (six) normal baskets for potato toothpick.
