Description:
Purpose: Electronic Auction - Acquisition of air-conditioning equipment for the Ribeirao Preto Section of CREF4/SP, including the installation service, as well as the supply of materials, according to the technical specifications of Annex I of the invitation to bid. UASG: 926089

Submission of the Proposal: from 08/24/2023 at 08:00 am
The following services must be provided: Installation of 13 (thirteen) units cassette type evaporators 04 (four) VRF ways and 07 (seven) hiwall evaporator units; Installation of 02 (two) unitsVRF condenser connections and the entire refrigerating network infrastructure, as specified in the project; Issuance of ART (Technical Responsibility Note); Global start-up of the installation with tightness, vacuum, operation and performance tests for the entire VRF system, report issuances and general communication settings; Supply and installation of copper pipes, elastomeric insulation, communication cables, profiles, threaded bars with nuts and washers, gases and inputs for installing VRF air conditioning; Run the flowchart in the manufacturer's software; transportation ofs materials and equipment to the installation sites. The delivery of the equipment must be carried out in a single installment, and must occur within 05 (five) business days after receipt of the service order, and installed within 20 (twenty) consecutive days, counted from the receipt of the equipment by theContract Inspector.
