Description:
Accreditation of professionals with higher education in communication, advertising or marketing, with a view to the constitution of the technical subcommittee responsible for the analysis and judgment of the technical proposals presented by the bidders in public competition, of the type "Technique and Price", according to provided for in Federal Law No. 12.232/2010. According to the legal requirements, the subcommittee will consist of 03 (three) members, and at least 1/3 of the members may not have any functional or contractual bond with the Ipojuca City Hall.
