The Cabo Frio Service Company (COMSERCAF) has awarded a BRL 51.48 million contract to R Santana Engenharia e Gestão Ltda. for engineering services focused on the improvement, renovation, and conservation of interlocking concrete block paving in Cabo Frio, Rio de Janeiro.

The contract was awarded on 24 August 2026 under Process No. 285/2026-E and will remain valid for one year, through 23 August 2027.

According to the award details, COMSERCAF secured the services through adherence to Price Registration Minutes No. 036/2025, originally established between the Intermunicipal Multifinality Consortium of Vale do Paraibuna (CIMPAR) and R Santana Engenharia e Gestão Ltda.

The contract is valued at BRL 51,484,579.73 and covers engineering services for the improvement, renovation, and conservation of paving constructed with interlocking concrete blocks.
